Chairman - Charles Wright

Charles starting training with the school (CSJK) in 1978, served on the CSJK board from 2001 to 2005. He was a founding member of CSMA as a Non-Profit Organization, and has served on the board in various roles since 2006. He is a Master Instructor in TKA and Ninja Fu, and an Instructor in Judo. He has a B.A. in History, B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Information Science. He also has a Masters in Computer Science, and is the Principal Software Engineer at the National Board of Medical Examiners.

Treasurer - Ho-Tae Chang

Ho-Tae is the second son of Grand Master Chang and has been training since early childhood in the late 1970's. He is a Master Instructor in TKA. He was one of the founding members of CSMA and served as the initial Chairman from 2006 until 2009, when he took on the role of Treasurer.

Secretary - Paul Teti

Paul starting training in the TKA system in 1992, Judo in 1995 and Ninja Fu in 2010. He has served on the CSMA board since 2009 as a member at large and recently became the Secretary. He is an Assistant Master Instructor in TKA, Instructor in Judo, and a Student of Ninja Fu. He has earned a BBA with a Major in Accounting from Temple University in 1996, and is currently an auditor for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Inspector General. Paul also services as Secretary for the Stewardship Committee of the Unitarian Society of Germantown, and the Education Chairman for the Philadelphia Chapter of the Association of Government Accountants.

Brian Crosby

Brian started training at CSMA in 2005 and is currently an assistant instructor in Ninja-Fu and is training in the TKA program. He has an Associate's Degree in Computer Science and is currently working as an Application Developer Analyst IV/Project Leader for Burlington Coat Factory. Brian is also certified as an Emergency Response Instructor for the American Red Cross.

Fred Claghorn

Fred received his rank of 1st Dan Assistant Instructor (TKA) in 2012. Fred has been serving on the Board of Directors since 2007. He is the president and owner of Versitex.

Juliet Cooke

Juliet is the founder of the Karate Adapted for Autism (KAFA) program program structured specifically for adults and children (ages 5-17) with autism spectrum disorder, and is designed to benefit each person individually.

Kimberley Wright

Kimberley started in 1982 and is a Master Instructor in TKA. She has a BA degree in Education (Physic's concentration), and a MA in Statistics.

Shawn Marcell (TBD)

Steve Altieri

Steve started training in 1999 and holds a 2nd Dan Instructor rank in TKA. In 2008 he was accepted to train in the Ninja-Fu program and is currently a Red Belt. In 2010 he was appointed to the Chang's School of Martial Arts Board of Directors. Steve instructs 2 classes a week for the children's TKN program. He is VP and co-owner of A. Altieri and Sons Wholesale Foods company.
